1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for customers in the regions we serve under the following circumstances:

Technical issues preventing access to purchased services for more than 48 hours.
Duplicate or accidental purchases verified by our support team.
Subscription errors caused by our platform.

Refunds are not available for:

Partial use of the service
Change of mind or personal preference
Internet connectivity or device limitations

2. How to Request a Refund

5. Limitations

CivicStream IPTV is not available in North America.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the service.
